Why has this issue been categorized as invalid? I have been using Minecraft Pocket Edition on my Android LG Tribute without issue for many months. Yesterday I upgraded my device to the new Samsung Note20 Ultra 5g. After completing the phone setup and software updates I installed Minecraft PE. I logged in to my Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft account and started a new survival world. Whenever I open Minecraft and return to my world my inventory is completely empty. I believe items stored in chests remain but nothing else. This never happened on my other device. I'd love to know how to resolve this.
I have a similar issue:
Brand new Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G, setup completed and updates installed. Installed Minecraft PE (Android). Logged into my Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft account. Created a new survival world. When I return to my world my inventory is completely EMPTY. Unless items were placed in a chest or barrel they are gone.
What changed was the device I'm using to play.
