@Auldrick I have been programming for 3 weeks and it is quite annoying not to be able to upload it to my realm after everything I went through. As you @Auldrick are the only one I came across, understanding the issue, I would be more than happy to be able to contact you and talk about possible solutions.
Hey there! I am currently having the exact issue also with Chroma Hills which stopped working a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the workaround doesn't work for me after accurately following the steps a bunch of times.
As stated before, this bug is still around since its first occurrence about 10 months ago.
The Chroma Hills texture pack is the base texture of our realm. I have created a custom pack myself which works fine in Singleplayer. On realms however, it doesn't change any texture besides the skymap, which is nicht part of Chroma Hills even though it is placed above the Minecraft marketplace texture pack in the hierarchy.
