I have the same problem with NOT just in woodland mansion but in general on all places, torch lights seem to expire in snapshot 19w07a and is generally a complaint of my friends playing the same version. I attached pics that compares the glitch and the tempy fix that I do is to re-torch and or replace the block which is very annoying and time-consuming.
