Sorry, forgot something in there, watching graphics card usage in the 2 different versions is a monumental difference. 1.14.4 uses 30-40% gpu while 1.15 uses at most 15%. I'm not super savvy in coding and how programs call for resources but something is different where 1.15 just doesn't want to ask the gpu to help it run.
Hmm, upon further investigation, they are breeding. Not sure what was causing them not to before as all the prerequisites were met. My apologies.
