Tried restarting the game, the computer, messing around with settings, you name it. There appears to be no fix available on our end. However I do find it interesting how this “status” has been marked as resolved when it is in fact not. Duplicate or not, mojang/microsoft fix the problem you’ve created solely for a non-sense issue instead of ignoring the fact no one can play at this point.
