Have just updated the graphics card software and still does not work. I'm sure graphics card is not broken

when my daughter goes to open a world it crashes and then has a huge list of coding that comes up on the screen.

As a temp fix I've changed her profile so that it opens in the previous version but she really would like to play the latest one.
