Parrots still seldom spawn in 17w18a. Roaming for 45 minutes so far and not a single parrot to be seen, only 2 ocelots and the ordinary passive mobs.

Pressing the Middle Mouse button on a Donkey and Mule also returns a horse spawn egg.
