No it is not, not a duplicate of a 2019 issue it is with the latest version 1.40.60 on ps4 version 7.50

since this hotfixupdate 1.40.60 ps4 bedrock the LAG & rubberbanding is worst than ever when we

are ~30 blocks apart no matter in which players world. This update really got screwed up.
