I'm having the same issue, Villagers appear to have lost the ability to use or go through doors in the 1.14.1 Pre-Release. They stay indoors all day unless you physically push them out of the houses and once outside they won't go in at night or during raids (and therefore die easily).
I looked at a few villagers for 5 minutes at night and tested if they pathed to beds and they did if there were no doors (open or closed) in the way. And then I reverted back to the 1.14 Release and they worked just fine.
