We were just informed there is an update for Minecraft. Is this issue addressed in this update?

[MCPE Mod] Auldrick, thanks for the response. I have read the article now and glad to hear something is being done here. If any further assistance is needed from my side, please let me know what you need and I am more than happy to assist. 

I removed all the downloaded maps and used the standard skins and it still does this. Not sure how my son pays like this because it is unplayable at the moment, especially when online (ie sky blocks).

I was going to suggest he just creates a new account but this is not fair for him. 

It clearly is an account issue

How do I see a list of what my son has installed from the marketplace and how would you like me to send this?

Hi all.

Can you try the following for me? Play Minecraft offline (no internet connection) and see if the problem persists. My son played today in offline mode and it did not freeze once. Which is making me think it is an account issue and not a marketplace issue and there is nothing we can do to resolve this without Mojang assisting us.

The issues is on my son's account and he has bought a number of things from the market and to go through all of that is going to take days of my life. So what we should all start a new account and not buy anything on the market place. Sounds great 😃

Also have this issue. I have tried other peoples consoles and as soon as my son logs in with his account, it starts doing this. 

Been Mojang told me to contact Microsoft and Microsoft told me to contact Mojang.

Rather frustrating.
