Just cancelled my realm until this is fixed.  Got to love you have to mess around creating servers to get it playable again 😞

We are using a realm on Bedrock and are now starting to experience the lag as well.  There are 4 of us on a 10 player server and it lags if there are more than 2 people on at the same time.  I notice the server ticks are slower and things such as opening an elytra are near impossible.

It seems to get worse based on the number of changes made to a chunk or chunks nearby.  Even the nether is laggy after we cleared out ready for making a nether hub, though nothing has been built there yet.  This is with all players on, but in the nether so the realm doesn't need to be loading both dimensions.

We've tried it on peaceful as well to see if excess mobs could be a problem but the issue persists.

All 4 players are on PS4.
