You guys probably can't reproduce it because the bug takes time to manifest. Here's what I did:
Built a bee farm on a realm (1.17.1) in the nether. It was working fine that day. The next day, about 20-24 hours later, the bees stopped coming out. This is a fairly small realm, with only a handful of regularly active people, so it shuts down all the time. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact details of who came and went, but I'm pretty positive it did shut down at least once between me building the farm and me noticing that it broke a day later.
