My axolotls keep disappearing/ despawning even when named too. Even if I afk in the same chunk as them. Not sure but the pink ones seem to disappear/ despawn fastest. It's happened faster in the past week strangely. I play 1.17.1 on a mostly vanilla server with just a few vanilla tweaks mods e.g. death counter, greyed out afk names.
