I'm having the exact same issue. Tried to go to MicrosoftHelps on Twitter and told me this is a Mojang issue, but from what I'm reading, it looks like it still hasn't been resolved. I've allowed both the installer and launcher through firewalls, tried running with administrator, and have tried several reinstalls, with all versions of the installer and launcher, even the new Windows Store version. Mojang, what are you doing???
