GTX 770 , 16GB ram, quad 3.2 ghz proc.
DESCRIPTION:
DESCRIBE WHAT HAPPENS IN DETAIL.
When using boats, and falling into pools of water, the boat gets stuck underwater turning into a submarine.
DESCRIBE THE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN.
