All three of these ghasts spawned initially much closer right on the fortress walk ways where the Wither Skeletons spawn, two ghasts can't be seen and are just to my immediate left. No wither skeletons spawn once the Nether has been reloaded, just tons and tons of ghasts which spawn in their place.
