I'd imagine this is intended... I remember reading somewhere (mojang.com or minecraftforum.net) about how you can enchant certain things in survival, but almost everything in creative or something like that... and this may be the fixed version so you cant get level 30 fortune or something like that. xD
EDIT: what i ment by "So you cant get level 30 fortune" i ment on survival
Put your world folder on your desktop, delete .minecraft folder then login on the launcher and if it still does it your either not a premium account or something is really buggy with your computer, but if it does download and you can play, put your world folder back in the .minecraft folder and you wont have lost the worlds you play on. 🙂
