Issue confirmed. Affect all server mode, including Offline Xbox Multiplayer LAN World, Dedicated Server and Realms.

It could be the problem with your device, since I'm doing very well with 144hz screen
spec is i3 9100f, 16gb ram, 1660ti, 512gb ssd

update the affect platform to Multiple, since it happen on Mobile as well, and might happen on console too
