Last option is to sign in to Xbox Live through Windows Game Bar, press windows + g during gameplay or at menu and try again. If this doesn't work then it is surely a bug.

Well from my experience its all about the beds in Bedrock. If you broke the Linked bed, they have the habit of switching Work Stations. Even the maxed out one also switch Work Station only and only if the bed that they are linked to is broken.
It takes time on Bedrock to register achievements and also u need internet connection.
1.17 Part 1 and still not fixed.
Lets hope it is fixed in Part 2 coz it has been 6 months for me and i can't play in these lag.
V-sync = 0 doesn't fix, playing on low setting and low render distance doesn't work.
