This is not an uncommon issue to my understanding. Their best recommendation is to walk away from the disappeared boat 70 blocks and come back then it might be there. It worked for me once but it's so unreliable I just carry a spare boat or six. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I cannot vote it. They have already made it a resolved issue so the vote link is grey and no longer working.

I am having this issue as well. Nearly every time I exit a boat it just vanishes.
