I can't log in with my minecraft account on the website (on my the phone) and on the launcher. I can log on to the Mojang website and there is confirmation that I bought minecraft when I try to log on to the website It sometimes has the capcha and other times not. When I want to log on to the launcher it shows me incorrect email or password. Thanks in advance

When you see the error press the f3 button of your keyboard, this will save a photo to your screenshots folder which you can send here, the screenshots folder is in the .minecraft folder you can find by typing %appdata% into the windows 10 search bar and clicking on the first folder that shows up, and the 1st folder you will see in the %appdata% folder is said .minecraft folder, in of which you can find the screenshots folder.
