It became a bad experience, since I usually don't play on servers, but seeing this I realize that the problem does not appear only on servers, but in an offline world.
For my part, I tried to fiddle with things from my Windows system (additional settings), mouse, etc. And I tried deleting records and other things from the temp and %temp% folder, but there were no results.
