Sorry to add to this thread, but I have found a way around this. (If you are using multiple monitors) In the Nvidia Control Panel (sorry AMD guys), go to "adjust desktop size and position", and change "Perform Scaling On:" to "GPU" on ALL of your monitors. Don't forget to hit apply before moving onto the next monitor. Hope this helps.
