I had this exact issue at about 9pm last night, January 17 2020

the exact problem I’m having. Can this be fixed by 5:00 tonight eastern? I would really like to play minecraft again as soon as possible. Also, when it does load the odd time I glitch right out of the server. And it only does this when I’m signed in. Please fix this. I’m playing PE.
