This is happening to me too. A friend created a realms and put a resource pack on it to test it out, he's tried everything to remove it. Even made a copy of the realm and reuploaded it. I don't even own the resource pack that was being used, but I'm the only one who can see it still in the realm. Nothing I do will get rid of it and it's really distracting.
