How would you send it since its on ps4?

Unsure if this is the same issue but i reloaded into my survival bedrock ps4 world and now parts of the ice at water level are missing, the glaciers are raised and certain parts have been generated with stone/dirt/ores instead.

I cant iceboat travel now 😔
