How is it duplicated when the issue still exists in 1.8.8?

I found the problem was from "mcpatcher" when i changed the language without mc patcher it worked fine.

When the language is English it works normally at 120FPS. After changing to other language, the fps goes about 13FPS(In the gameplay)
