I experienced this bug twice on 1.13 on the Nintendo Switch. The first time after a game crash while trying to remove the bell from the inventory, it completely disappeared and now when I tried to move another bell it got stuck in the hotbar. I tried mining another bell I had placed before hoping the duplication would fix it but now I have 2 stacked bells stuck in the hotbar. Trying to place the bell just teleports it back into the hotbar and moving it doesn't work either. Also when it's selected it cannot open chests however you can open doors with it in your hand but the door will open without any sound when the bell is selected. I have a good amount of levels so if someone has a solution that doesn't involve death or a patch update is released that allows the bell to move again I'd appreciate it.
