I am using scoreboard operations, tp, commandStats, json signs on a two command clock :

/fill ~ ~-1 ~ ~13 ~-1 ~32 redstone_block 0 replace stone
/fill ~ ~1 ~ ~13 ~1 ~32 stone 0 replace redstone_block

I have an on/off switch replacing redtone blocks with glass. I often replace some of the command blocks, and add new ones. After about 20 / 30 minutes, the clock stops working and any commands take ~3seconds to execute, even opening a book.
