Final edit for other players - it seems to be just an issue due to full servers. We were finally able to get into the department servers after spam clicking them in the level map that's in the hot bar. It sounds like you just need to keep trying to get in, hoping that the timing works with someone else leaving that server.
Quick update - my daughter's having a similar issue. She can only access 2 of the 4 departments and one of them is the QA Department. Please let us know if there's a fix for this!
This is still a problem for some users - my son's account isn't able to access the QA Department. We've restarted the computer, the program, and have tried different computers but we still cannot get into that (sub)server. Will we be able to before the event ends?
