I'm having the same problem with a realms server running 1.15.1 where the owner's account does not experience lag but the other accounts do. It started suddenly about a week ago. I tried logging in to both accounts on the exact same setup and even then the owner account did not experience lag but the other account did. There was a clear difference in the two accounts. The owner was running fine with mobs and entities functioning properly, where the other account was completely unplayable with mobs completely frozen, lag-backs all the time and entities not going where they're supposed to. Still on both accounts the player has 100+ fps all the time.
I filmed it so you can see, if that helps. However, I can't upload the videos here because of the filesize but I can share them on email or something if that would help.
If anyone has any ideas for fixes that would be greatly appreciated.
