Apparently, I found a solution to this problem. Since I couldn’t use the library for months, I decided to create another windows user and the library works, then when I was changing the settings and opened Minecraft, the library stopped working and I got the same problem.
I realized that when I change an option called “custom scaling” in Windows settings, the problem went away.
You can find the option in:
Start > Settings > System > Display > Scale and Layout > Custom Scaling

You can find the option in:
Start > Settings > System > Display > Scale and Layout > Custom Scaling
And then change it to 100.
