The seconds image is an image of after i tried editing the Y offset to be 3, the structure block was placed at Y coordinate -60

I downloaded the Vanilla Example resource pack off of Minecraft.net and edited the Bow texture. I have only changed the textures of some items and blocks, nothing else. I haven't touched any of the JSON files so I don't know why this issue is occurring.
