I think I have solved the problem if on the ps4, delete it then reinstall it then all of your data should be there!

I have this problem, I have recently joined PlayStation network and updated Minecraft to update 1.16, the game was running fine until it froze and now when I log back onto it, it is frozen on the Mojang Studios screen. I am playing on PS4 and updated Minecraft a few days ago.
