I can confirm it is possible to edit the attributes to read only. This will stop the log from being used but the lag will still happen. It doesn't appear to be related to the log or to Disk IO.

Confirmed on iPod 5th Gen and iPad 3rd Gen(Both have the latest iOS.) and on Moto E2 and Nexus 4(Both have Android 5.0+). While it may be possible to delete files using ES File Explorer, this is still a bug and that "solution" does not work for the iOS devices.

Confirmed on all combinations of iPod 5th Gen, iPad 3rd Gen, Moto E2, and the Nexus 4 as the servers or the guests. Clients cannot see each other after flying away or spawning away from each other. Clients cannot see the host. Host can see everybody.

Confirmed this in Android 0.11.1 using a Moto E2 (Android 5.0.2) as the server. The clients, an iPad 3rd Gen running the latest iOS and another Moto E2, both experienced this issue.

Confirmed in 11.1 on Android, too. This was using a Nexus 4 and a Moto E2 with Android 5+.
