This also happened to my acct but my game is installed on a second device. And note that I am not using Beta Version.
The game was working well on the same device until it was recently updated. I attached an image for reference.
No I'm not using BlueStacks. As I've said, I bought the game so I should be able to use it in other devices as well with the same account.
