Ok smart Alec. 5 separate issues raised for the busted switch version
I managed to fix it by following one of the workarounds previously suggested:
deleted/uninstalled any packs/worlds which weren’t updating or downloadIng.
download/reinstall the packs/worlds from the marketplace.
update as required once downloaded/reinstalled.
I tried this one the first couple one at a time & it worked, then I downloaded the lot & they all updated.
Barbara,
I’ve been having the same issue since Nov But on Nintendo switch bedrock, on v1.13 & now v1.14.1. Since the developers previous update I contacted Minecraft customer support on 21 Dec 2019. So far the only response I’ve had from them is an acknowledgement to say they’re busy & willl get back to me soon. The developer updates on haven’t helped much on here so far.
I’m also experiencing this issue on v1.13.1 on Nintendo switch. My 7 year old daughter is not impressed. Mash ups & previous purchases work but won’t update on marketplace and now latest texture pack purchase (hattoricraft - purchased 30.11.2019) won’t download, keeps saying not enough space on device - 205MB. Have checked switch & there’s over 60gb of space on it.
Hi, I’ve got the same issue. My daughter purchased this pack on 20 June 2021. First of all it wouldn’t download, which we managed to fix, but now she can’t create the world, it just crashes leaving a partially created 3.6MB file.
I’ve tried the workarounds listed above (thank you to the guy who raised the ticket) but this hasn’t fixed the problem on our switch. Current version of Minecraft is v1.17.2.
It’s frustrating for my daughter that she’s purchased content which she can’t play or get a refund for. The content hasn’t worked on v1.17.1 or 1.17.2. Also concerned about previous comments referring to performance issues. A warning on similar content would be helpful in future.
