I suggest calling your Internet Service Provider on the issue or checking your internet settings which you can get by going on cmd (Command Prompt) on a PC and typing 'ipconfig' (don't type the quotation marks) then find the section which says your default gateway. Copy the numbers onto your internet browser (do not try to search it on a search engine) then it should come up with a login screen. The username should be admin (no uppercase letters) and the password should either be admin (no lowercase) or password (also no lower case). Then check all the settings to see if things are working as they should then test minecraft multiplayer.
