So for servers in France, Germany or Romania it's a much larger topic than for those in the Netherlands or Sweden. Minecraft servers should use dual stack and setting up DNS records for IPv4 and IPv6. Clients should decide which connection to use. So with a native IPv6 connection they would use IPv6, else IPv4.
