Maybe it has something to do with the removal of java DB in the 181 update

I haven't tried installing what they suggest myself though because I don't really understand the language they use on the download page. https://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.14.2.0.cgi
I'm not smart enough to figure this stuff out. All I know is that 1.13.1 works fine , then Java updated, and then 1.13.2 was released and isn't working on my computer either
A new Java update was released, from what I read it was a bug fix, after I installed it 1.13.2 is able to launch. I tried to launch 18w43s and 19w03a but was unable to do so ,
