I still have this bug in 1.11

I still have this problem in 1.6.2 and more frequent now. I think it can have something to do with leaving the cart when it's not centered in one block. My track have two stops at the beginning it have a slope sometimes the cart stops half way up so it's between two rails. At the end it's a powered rail next to a solid block here the minecart sometimes goes a bit in to the wall. I've had the cart disappearing from both stops and since it's a short track I've checked the hole track. The carts are simply removed, probably since the game don't now how to handle their placement.
