Unfortunately, that also doesn't seem to help.. I've in the meantime also started a thread with mojang support, in the hopes they can help out. Thanks anyway

I have logged in. I even tried just now to simply reinstall the game, create a new world and trigger an achievement I don't have that way, but even that doesn't seem to help.

I was aware of those cases, so I've made sure to wait at least 10 minutes to check if it didn't trigger after all, while I had an active connection. Nothing happened however.

I already fixed some chests by breaking the invisible blocks and replacing them.
