I have the same issue, I reported this on another bug.

It doesn't hang, but the download seems to cancel silently.  Also searching for RTX on the market place doesn't return any RTX maps

I am reproing this issue, version 1.16.10054.0. 

  1. Searching "RTX" comes up with unrelated hits within Market Place

  2. Clicking the links within NVidia's site show the 6 sample maps

  3. Download and launch from browser, Minecraft activates and shows screenshot below

Observed results:

  • Clicking download shows a popup dialog too briefly to read

  • Gauge appears and replaces download button

  • After one minute download button reappears

  • Map is not downloaded

  • [media]
