Actually, it's saving properly now. All I did was that manual crash thing and it's seemed to have fixed it. Thanks!
It's on PC, but it's too laggy on the PC and I don't know how to attach the crash report.

I'm no expert, but I think all you have to do is uninstall and reinstall. I hope it helped you, and if it doesn't, then I apologize.
