Same issue, here. On both Windows 10 and XBox One. Most of my skin packs show up OK, but one or two are missing the textures for a few of the skins.
Same issue for me. XBox One. I collected a bell from a zombified village. Once it was in my inventory, I cannot move it or get rid of it.
