Well I can tell you the cpu usage doesnt go up....so nope seeing as how im using under 25% cpu even if its using 1 core theres more power
Didnt change anything http://puu.sh/eC8fb/c2d6f300f0.jpg in the image the gpu usage went up cause i brought up the control panel it was at 13%
Well if you say it should be fixed ill take your word on it.
