Ok, I played a little FC4 and I tried it agian and there was a unopened world that I hadn't played in, black and white image. This world actually started up and worked fine. tried one of my other worlds and the copy feature was there as well. The only damage to my world's that I found was my dinosaur park dlc, this world has done a complete reset, EVERYTHING is gone. Aside from that everything seems in order. The only explanation I can give is the power of prayer, thank you for everyone's comments and best of luck to you all.
