We are unable to place objects down on the ground. It used to work but now it doesn't. Can you please help us fix it?

I am unable to play on my worlds. I can bring up the minecraft page where you pick which world but as I click the world and click play instead of opening my world it says the game has crahed. It has been like this for at least 2 weeks and hasnt been fixed

This issue was fixed for a day and is now the problem is back.
it was doing this to me all week. Now it says i cannot play because i dont have gold. The other account on our xbox does so why is it now showing this new message today? My account has the game pass and realms subscription and i paid for the full game.

Yes but nothing happens.. so I just clicked on ' show more details' instead and I coped and pasted above what it said.
I did that and then it crashed... it came up saying...

No probs. I've tried that, but nothing happens. Still have the object in my hand and cannot get rid of it..
Hi, do you know we are using a Mac? F3 doesn't do what your asking. It just minimises all open windows/program on the computers.
