This bug has been resolved in the 1.2 BT update. Can no longer reproduce the issue.

Yeah, unfortunately mine don't even change as normal.

Some additional information:

When I am logged onto a map / realm, everybody else's enchants are also stuck, like mine, but if I leave the server, and they relog (or if they join when I'm not connected), they can enchant normally.
