I verified the hopper minecart was still moving but not picking up items through a dirt block. I broke the hopper minecart, crafted a new one, and then put it back on the track system. It is now picking up the items. I will say the issue is resolved.

I went ahead and uninstalled the game. I then restarted the console. Once the console came back up, I went to the eStore and reinstalled Minecraft. The game now loads up and I am able to play. Verified version is 1.14.60

I am having the same issue on my Xbox One S. I restarted my console and when it came back up, Minecraft showed to be updating. Ever since the update completed, when I try to open the App it goes to the Mojang screen for about 5 seconds and then goes back to my games screen. Minecraft Xbox One edition app works fine but the Bedrock version won’t launch.
